Dr Charl Coetzer (PhD (Leadership))
Dr. Charl Coetzer is a registered industrial psychologist, a Master HR professional, and a certified Neuro-Leadership Coach. He holds a PhD in Leadership and a master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology. He has more than 14 years’ work experience and specializes in Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Talent Management, and Human Resource Management. He is currently the Managing Director of a research and development company named Wisdomy and a part-time lecturer at the University of Stellenbosch Business School for Executive Development. Previously, Dr. Coetzer was the Head of Organizational Effectiveness and the acting HR Executive at an international construction company, mainly responsible to enhance people, organizational, and leadership effectiveness within the Group.
