- Check that you entered the correct CVV / CVC number (the last 3 digits on the back of the card).
- Make sure that your card number contains only numbers - no spaces or dashes.
- The OTP (one time pin) you received from your bank may have been entered incorrectly.
- Confirm via your online banking that you don't have a limit set on your credit or cheque card.
