The Developing Women Leaders online short course provides a unique nine-week learning opportunity. The core areas of this course – self awareness, leadership presence, and building relationships for impact – allow aspiring female leaders to become more self-aware, connect more authentically with others as an inspiring presence, and manage relationships successfully across a broad spectrum.

When does the promotion start and end?
The promotion starts on 08/03/2021 and ends 22/03/2021 at midnight. This is the promotion period.
MasterStart reserves the right to extend the duration of this promotion, subject to these terms and conditions.

Prizes to be awarded:
Grand prize is a seat on the UCT – GSB course for Developing Women Leaders short course worth R17 999.

The winner will be chosen by MasterStart and will be announced 24/03/2021 across social media and will be contacted accordingly.

To be eligible for the grand prize, you will need to nominate a friend or yourself, and provide a short inspirational story of no more than two hundred and fifty (250) characters about why you or your friend should be chosen for the Developing Women in Leaders course giveaway.

The following conditions apply to the above:
The winner will be selected on 24/03/2021 as decided by MasterStart.

If the winner is unreachable within 48 hours of winning the prize, MasterStart will offer the prize to the next selection.

The judges’ decision is final.

Who qualifies to be nominated for the competition?
All natural persons, including South African citizens and foreign nationals, who meet the following criteria are eligible to participate in the promotion:


Entry requirements:
The competition is open to women aged 18 years or over. Entrants must meet the minimum enrolment criteria based on UCT – GSB and MasterStart’s guidelines.

By entering this competition and submitting personal information, entrants agree to, and acknowledge the following:

1. The nominee’s submitted photograph can be used on MasterStart’s social media pages and/or other marketing channels promoting the Developing Women Leaders short course.
2. The nominee will submit a testimonial detailing the benefits of the course.
3. The nominee will conduct a video interview upon completion of the course.

Who does not qualify for the prize?
The following persons may not claim the prize even if they qualify to enter:

MasterStart or UCT – GSB  employees, i.e. director(s), member(s), partner(s), employee(s), agencies, or consultant(s) relating to this promotion.

Business to Business (B2B) customers / corporate sales / bulk buys / consortiums are not eligible for the giveaway.

Any supplier of goods or services in connection with this promotion.

To which course does the prize apply?
The UCT-GSB course Developing Women Leaders Online Short Course only.

Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them when entering.
