There is no downplaying the significance of proper nutrition in achieving optimum health, longevity, and peak brain performance. It’s been contemplated, picked apart, investigated and analysed across the globe for different reasons.
“The food you eat can be either the safest and most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison.”

Don’t Eat Late at Night
Aside from their 9 to 5 and classes, many of those who assume the role of both employee and student don’t have much of a routine. They work during the day, study into the early hours of the morning, and appreciate the occasional public holiday. Their schedules change much more than those of the normal individual. For many, this means eating late at night and picking on greasy or unhealthy snacks like an oily slice of pizza after a difficult day at work.
Try to eat a satisfying meal at a normal ‘supper’ time, usually before 8 pm, and limit late-night snacking.
Think Balance
The term balanced implies supplementing a not-so-healthy meal or snack with nutritious picks for the remainder of the day. If you usually eat loads of leafy foods, whole grains, and lower-fat protein-rich nourishments, why not enjoy a piece of candy or two from time to time? Feel free to enjoy your preferred treats – simply watch how much and how frequently!
Eating balanced meals more often than not will assist you in concentrating better and lead to better outcomes, both in the short- and long-term.
Carry a Water Bottle
A healthy habit that’s imperative regardless of your age or situation is staying hydrated. Drinking enough water can improve your concentration, prevent headaches, keep you alert and prevent you from overeating. Carrying a water bottle with you also decreases the probability of reaching for unhealthy drink alternatives, such as soda, juice or an espresso.
Plan Ahead
You can still cook healthy food, enjoy time with your loved ones, get to work on time, familiarise yourself with your MasterStart course content, and exercise without having to make a single sacrifice. Meal prepping is ideal for busy people.
Much like our courses, this habit will also put money back in your pocket, since you can purchase things in bulk, and take advantage of your freezer.
