The environment that employees operate in is changing daily, creating stress and ambiguity – making it difficult to coping. Through empathy, active listening and open-ended questions, a coach can help employees out of a fight or flight response when they are faced with these stressful situations so that they can be calmer and more focused, resulting in higher performance.
Coaches will also gain important feedback skills, create a safe environment for exploration and innovation, and create a culture of accountability. This course focuses on the links between neuroscience and coaching, how a coach can coax employees out of their comfort zones and how to become great team players, ultimately leading to a more productive and sustainable organisation.
This course is based on neuroscience and the brain’s response to stressful situations, giving learners a deeper understanding of the process of coaching and practise a specific habit each week that will help them become great coaches in a short timeframe and at an affordable rate

Giving feedback. In my personal and professional life, if anything happens, I make sure that I give feedback right there and then. The course also helped boost my confidence in terms of providing feedback to my subordinates.
Listening both ways (professionally and personally). I have used it in terms of catchups with my team, where now I am asking them more to self-focus and solve problems themselves, where previously it was the other way around.
