Dr Claire Kelly is the Faculty Programme Manager for Transformation at Stellenbosch University, South Africa, where she also served as Acting Head of the Transformation Office from 2019 to October 2020, and an independent diversity, inclusion and transformation specialist. She has a long-standing interest in diversity, inclusion and transformation, having both taught and conducted research in the area. She has taught at UCT, the UCT Graduate School of Business and Stellenbosch University at both undergraduate and post graduate levels, in the areas of intercultural communication and critical diversity literacy.

Lwando Scott is a Next Generation Scholar at the Centre for Humanities Research (CHR) at the University of the Western Cape. Lwando is currently working on the Transformative Constitutionalism platform at the CHR. Through this platform, Lwando is engaging law, humanities, and technologies, to think about the complexities of South Africa’s transition and transformation. Lwando is a diversity practitioner focusing on many aspects of difference, specialising in race, class, gender, and sexuality.

Her areas of expertise include DEI assessment and strategy, as well as leadership maturity. Professor Louis Fourie’s career spans more than 30 years. Louis started his tertiary education with a Bachelor’s degree from Stellenbosch University and went on to complete his B.Th, L.Th, M.Th and D.Th at the same institution. He then completed his MBA cum laude at Potchefstroom University.

He is also a trainer for the Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing, and a Trustee for The Graeme Robertson Trust, which helps young people into creative industries, and mentors for Google and the Direct Marketing Association.
